Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Easter blessing to you! Here is the latest news about my upcoming concerts and activities:
PICCOLO SPOLETO FESTIVAL
I am very pleased to announce that I have been invited to perform at this year's Piccolo Spoleto Festival, in Charleston, SC. Designed and launched in 1979 by the City of Charleston's Office of Cultural Affairs, this international, multi-arts festival offers 700 events in 17 days, from May 23 to June 8, transforming Charleston into an exhilarating celebration of performing, literary and visual arts, including art exhibits, classical music, jazz, dance, theatre, poetry readings, children's activities, choral music, ethnic cultural presentations, crafts, and film. My L'Organo Spoleto concert--one of only 10 scheduled during the Spoleto Festival--will be held on Thursday, June 4, at the Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul.

PERFORMANCE VIDEO CLIPS AVAILABLE ONLINE
In January, 2007, I made several video recordings on the organ at Wesley UMC, Worcester, and I have finally been able to post them to YouTube. You can link to them on my homepage at www.scottlamlein.com. Some special thanks need to be passed on to people who gave their time making these videos possible: Charles Paquette, recording engineer; Bob Gordon, editor and YouTube expert; Jo Bennett, console assistant. The Skinner organ at Wesley and I made a lot of music together, and I am so grateful to have this lasting reminder of that! You may also link to audio clips of some of my recordings on my homepage.
